When will my order ship?


Orders are processed and shipped out twice per month, on every other Tuesday. If you have a special date in mind for an order, please reach out via contact form to work something out!

How long does shipping take?

After your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 1-3 weeks for domestic (US) parcels to arrive, and 4-6+ weeks for international parcels.

Does my order have tracking?

All orders include tracking, as calculated into the cost of shipping except for the Snail Mail Saver option, available for stickers that fit in a standard envelope. Please note that this option doesn’t include tracking, and by nature is a riskier option, as your stickers will be fully reliant on the good graces of the postal gods.

How do you determine shipping charges?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and parcel weight.

I handle international shipping on a case by case basis to ensure that I’ve chosen the most reliable and cost efficient company for your country. However, any import fees, taxes, VAT, or custom charges are the customer’s responsibility.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

Unfortunately, I have no control over any parcels once they've been mailed out. The shop is not responsible for missing or lost parcels delivered by third party services, and therefore cannot offer to replace or refund your order in these events. Still, reach out to me if this happens so I can look into it, and file a claim if applicable.

If your package is returned to me due to a mistake in the post office, I will hold the materials for the customer, but would require they pay for shipping again.

What's your refund policy?

I will gladly issue replacements or accept returns and refunds under these conditions:

- An item arrives damaged

- You receive different item(s) than what you ordered

Please note the following exceptions to the return policy:

- Address or name inputted at checkout was incorrect

- Discounted items (these are final and cannot be returned or exchanged)

- Items that were as ordered and have no damage

To initiate a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and any relevant photos for faster assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Items returned to sender without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I love this print, do you offer it framed / in another size / on canvas, etc?

Almost certainly. There are a number of customization options I can offer thanks to a lovely local print shop. Use the contact form to request specifics and I’ll see what we can do.

I love this piece you made, but I don’t see it in your shop. Do you take requests?

I do! Reach out via the contact form to submit a request with a link or photo of the exact piece you’re talking about.

I’m looking to use your fundraiser prints for charity / mutual aid, can you offer a discount?

Absolutely. Let me know the quantity, timeline, purpose, and shipping address via the contact form and we’ll go from there!

Where should readers buy your books?

To best support authors and small business owners, the general answer is anywhere but Amazon. For my indie publications (COOK LIKE YOUR ANCESTORS and Sipping Season), direct from the publisher is best for both them, me, and you (if you like free bonus stickers.)

Otherwise, I recommend your local indie bookstore or Bookshop, which gives love to your local economy and lets local sellers know that folks like my work!

How can I order your books for my business?

Most major US distributors such as Ingram, SCB, Lunar, and Diamond carry my books. For COOK LIKE YOUR ANCESTORS and Sipping Season, you can order wholesale directly from the publisher with free shipping here.

I wish I could buy from you, but I don’t have the funds. How else can I support your work?

Dang that’s kind. I know your neighbors like you. No money, no problem. Here’s a few ways you can support your favorite artists and authors for zero US dollars:

• Talk about the work. Word of mouth goes such a long way. A shout out or tag on social media is also much appreciated, even if they miss it.

• Review their books on your favorite sites (Goodreads, StoryGraph, Amazon, etc)

• Check out their books from your local library or free library app. If they don’t have it in stock, request it!

• Recommend their books or art to your local bookstore or art shops

• Sign up for their newsletter or free patreon tier for a personal and not algorithm-determined way to stay in touch <3

Out of respect to young eyes, you won’t find those here!
